Recruiting project & contact
Curivela Learning Studio is the name used for this curriculum-development recruitment project. Recruitment and application-data questions can be sent to curivela.studio@proton.me.
Purpose and access
Your name, contact email, background, work links, device/network information, answers, assessment deadlines and consent record are processed to evaluate your application for the AI Curriculum Developer & Multimedia Creator role. Only authorized recruiters may read or review applications. Your final recruitment status is decided by a human.
Fair assessment
Citizenship, country of residence and native language are communication and scheduling information. They are not competency scoring inputs. The assessment does not automatically reject or hire candidates.
Authentication and storage
Candidates can sign in using individually issued recruitment accounts. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes and login sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies. Recruiter access is separately protected by private administrator credentials. The application stores recruitment records in a persistent Cloudflare D1 database hosted by Cloudflare. It does not request your email-account password, home address, serial number, device ID, IP address or screenshots. Infrastructure providers may process technical logs under their own terms.
Retention and deletion
Application records are retained for up to 180 days from creation. Expired records are excluded and deleted on the next application request. You can permanently delete your own application using “Manage my data” on the application page. This also removes answers, review records and score history. Recruiters can delete an application from the private console. Deleting an application does not delete your recruitment login account or third-party portfolio files.
You can also send a data-access, correction or deletion request to curivela.studio@proton.me. Include your application reference and contact email so the recruiter can verify the request. Never send account passwords or verification codes.
Local drafts
During the timed assessment, unsynchronized answers may be temporarily kept in this tab’s session storage for recovery. A local draft is not a server save. It cannot extend a deadline. Local drafts are removed after submission; close the tab after using a shared computer. Untimed background drafts are saved only when you press Save.
Scoring and external services
The three research classifications have fixed scoring rules. Open answers are pending human scoring unless an effective AI grading service is explicitly configured. AI grading and automatic email notifications are currently disabled. No application is emailed or sent to an external AI grader by this application.
Consent and questions
By checking the consent boxes, you authorize recruitment processing described here. You may withdraw by deleting your application or contacting the recruitment address above. All applications receive human review. The contact address above is available for recruitment and data-processing questions.
